Lose a stone for summer

Found some new healthy eating aids which seem to work

( although meals take a little longer these days !! )

Where can I get some?

Have started running regularly, at least twice a week, up to 4k now, with a few to doing a park run..

It's good for the body and mind

I must try and leave those beers alone though!

Beer is bad. Giving it up was one of the best things I ever did

I'll be joining the gym today. Looking forward to that
